As each print is custom made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds.
If, however, the print is damaged during transit, please provide photographic evidence to info@thorcaes.com and we shall investigate the order.
For PRINTS:
All sales are final and cannot be refunded.
In case prints arrive damaged, you can send us an e-mail with your details and a photo of the damaged print.
For MERCHANDISE:
- They must be in original condition
- For clothing, unwashed and unworn
- In the original packaging with all tags
Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!
Are there any charges for return?
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping
Refund
We ship for free in The Netherlands, and worldwide if the order amount is above a specific amount. However we will still charge the shipping costs we made from the total refund amount once a package is returned for a refund. Normally it’s €3,95 in the Netherlands.
We recommend to send with a tracking code to avoid any lost item. We are not responsible for any missing returned parcels.
Processing time takes up to 7 days after receiving. We’ll contact you after receiving and refund the product costs excluding our costs made for shipments.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
